  • For many Emiratis searching for work, finding the right opportunity can be as challenging as securing the job itself. A new initiative launched by Dubai Police and the Community Development Authority (CDA) aims to change that by bringing employers, career guidance and immediate job opportunities together under one roof.<\/li>\n
  • The two government entities have launched Sawaed Al Watan (Arms of the Nation), a joint initiative designed to connect Emirati job seekers directly with employment opportunities while helping them build sustainable, long-term careers.<\/li>\n
  • The initiative kicked off with an employment fair at Al Khawaneej Majlis, where Emirati job seekers met recruiters from Dubai Police, the Community Development Authority, the Emirates Human Resources Development Council and several private sector companies.<\/li>\n
  • In addition to exploring available vacancies, participants received one-on-one career guidance, professional counselling and practical advice to improve their chances of securing employment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
